We are getting so much snow that Papa is having to sweep off the carports. Some of us are getting a little restless because the travel van hasn`t been moved since Tuesday. We are trying to occupy our time with baking, scrapbooking, and playing with the dog.
I'm so happy with the snow! We are getting more here tonight, though I'm sure we have no where near as much as you. Seth is planning on taking the girls sledding tomorrow. :)
ReplyDeleteWe were in Arlington last night while it was dumping like crazy. Couldn't get up an icy hill and had to leave the car at the bottom and walk up. Some guy ended up stopping mid-way up the hill to ask if we needed help and he ended up slipping backwards (which we had done three times prior), but he lost control and ended up with his big truck in a ditch so big that his truck roof was even with the road. Crazy! It was quite the adventure. On our way home at 10 p.m., the roads in that area were still quite treacherous. But no new snow in Everett. All clear down here. Kind of bummed. Snow has a way of slowing down life, which can be kind of nice. But nothing is going to be slowing down in our neck of the woods.
